Offers & Coupons
This policy applies to all promotional offers, discounts, and coupons (“Offers”) provided by CANTA BEAUTY LIMITED (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”)—with our office at RM D07, 8/F Kai Tak Fty Building, No. 99 King Fuk Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong; phone: +852 9435 8464; email: Canta0111@outlook.com—for purchases of women's clothing via our Shopify store. By using any Offer, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Types of Offers
Our promotional Offers may include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Percentage-Based Discounts : eg, “25% off all summer dresses” or “15% off your first order”.
- Fixed-Amount Discounts : eg, “HK$80 off orders over HK$500” or “HK$30 off any single top”.
- Bundle Deals : eg, “Buy 2 bottoms, get 1 top free” or “3-piece outfit set at 30% off total price”.
- Free Shipping Offers : eg, “Free shipping on orders over HK$400” (excludes select remote international locations).
- Coupon Codes : Alphanumeric codes (eg, “CANTA2024”) distributed via email, social media, or in-store promotions, to be entered at checkout for discounts.
2. General Terms for All Offers
2.1 Validity Period : Each Offer has a clearly stated start and end date (displayed on our store, email, or promotion materials). Expired Offers will not be honored, even if you initiated checkout before the deadline but completed payment after it. For “while stocks last” Offers, we reserve the right to end the promotion early once eligible products are out of stock.
2.2 Applicable Products : Most Offers are restricted to specific product categories or items. For example:
- “Excludes final sale items” (marked “Final Sale” on product pages).
- “Only valid for new arrivals” or “Limited to dresses and skirts”.
Restrictions will be explicitly noted in the Offer details—always check before using an Offer.2.3 No Cash Value : Offers cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or refunds. Unused discount amounts (eg, HK$50 off a HK$45 order) will not be carried over to future purchases or refunded separately.2.4 One Offer Per Transaction (Unless Stated) : Unless explicitly allowed (eg, “Combine with free shipping”), only one Offer can be applied per order. You cannot stack multiple discounts (eg, a coupon code + a bundle deal).
3. Coupon Code Specific Rules
3.1 Redemption Process : To use a coupon code, enter it in the “Coupon Code” field at checkout (before completing payment). Ensure the code is typed correctly (case-insensitive for most codes, but spaces or typos will invalidate it). If the code is invalid or expired, a notification will appear, and the discount will not be applied.
3.2 Eligibility Restrictions : Some coupon codes are limited to specific customers, such as:
- “New customers only” (first-time buyers with no prior orders).
- “Existing members exclusive” (for users with a registered account and past purchases).
- “Email subscriber only” (for customers who opted in to our promotional emails).
We may verify eligibility (eg, checking order history) and void discounts for ineligible users.3.3 Non-Transferable : Coupon codes are for individual use only. They cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties. We reserve the right to deactivate codes used for bulk purchases (eg, reselling items) or fraudulent activity.
4. Exceptions & Voiding of Offers
4.1 Final Sale Items : Final sale items are excluded from all Offers. These items are marked “Final Sale” on their product pages and cannot be returned or exchanged—do not apply Offers to them, as the discount will be automatically removed at checkout.
4.2 Order Cancellations & Returns :
- If you cancel an entire order purchased with an Offer, the Offer will be voided, and you will receive a refund of the amount you actually paid (minus the discount).
- For partial returns (eg, returning 1 item from a 3-item order with a bundle deal), the discount will be prorated.
4.3 Fraud Prevention : We may void Offers if we suspect misuse, such as:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim “first-order discounts” repeatedly.
- Using automated tools (bots) to hoard coupon codes or exploit promotions.
Affected orders may be canceled without prior notice, and we reserve the right to restrict future access to Offers for violating this policy.
5. Changes to Offers
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Offer at any time without prior notice. This may include adjusting discount amounts, extending/shortening validity periods, or changing eligible products—for example, to correct pricing errors or respond to stock shortages. Updated Offer terms will be posted on our Shopify store or communicated via the channel where the Offer was distributed (eg, email updates for subscribers).
