Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions and interactions between you (“you” or “Customer”) and CANTA BEAUTY LIMITED (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”)—with our office at RM D07, 8/F Kai Tak Fty Building, No. 99 King Fuk Street, San Po Kong, Hong Kong; phone: +852 9435 8464; email: Canta0111@outlook.com—including purchases of women's clothing via our Shopify store. By accessing our store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal consent of a parent/guardian, to use our services or place an order.
  • You warrant that all information provided (eg, name, contact details, payment info) is true, accurate, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service if false information is suspected.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

2.1 Order Submission : When you place an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected women's clothing. All orders are subject to our acceptance.

2.2 Order Acceptance : We may accept or reject your order (eg, due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or fraud concerns) within 2 business days. An order is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation email with your order number, items, and total amount. No contract exists until this confirmation is issued.

2.3 Order Changes/Cancellations :

  • You may request changes (eg, size, shipping address) or cancellations only before the order is shipped . We will confirm if changes are possible.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled—you must follow our Return & Refund Policy for returns.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Price Display : All prices are in the specified currency (eg, HKD) and include applicable taxes (where required by law), but exclude shipping fees (unless stated in promotions). We strive for price accuracy, but errors may occur. If a pricing error is found, we will notify you and offer to cancel the order (full refund) or proceed at the correct price.

3.2 Payment Methods : We accept payments via approved methods (eg, credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Payments). Full payment is required at checkout.

3.3 Payment Security : Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways—we do not store full credit card details. If payment is declined, your order will be held until valid payment is received. We are not liable for delays caused by payment issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Areas : We ship to locations listed on our store (eg, Hong Kong, select international destinations). Shipping fees, calculated by address and order weight, are shown at checkout.

4.2 Delivery Timelines : Estimated delivery times (eg, 2–3 business days for Hong Kong; 5–10 for international) are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues—we will notify you of significant delays.

4.3 Customer Responsibilities :

  • Provide a correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost/delivered-to-wrong-address orders due to incorrect details.
  • For international orders, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Check with local customs for estimates.

    4.4 Failed Deliveries : If a delivery fails (eg, recipient unavailable), the courier may attempt redelivery or hold the package. Unclaimed packages may be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-shipping or incur a restocking fee.

5. Products & Returns

5.1 Product Descriptions : We aim to accurately describe products (fabric, size, color), but minor variations may exist (eg, color differences due to screen settings). Such variations are not defects.

5.2 Returns & Refunds : All returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy, which outlines eligibility (eg, 14-day window, unused items), process, and refund details.

5.3 Defective Items : If you receive a defective item (eg, flaws manufacturing), notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement, refund, or repair.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our store (product images, descriptions, logos, brand names) is our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (eg, Hong Kong laws):

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (eg, inconvenience from delays, dissatisfaction with style).
  • Our total liability for any claim (eg, defective items) is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our store (eg, for violating these Terms, fraud, or abuse) without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our store with a “Last Updated” date and take effect immediately. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to Hong Kong courts.
