4. Packaging & Protection
To ensure your clothing arrives in perfect condition:
  • Each item is wrapped in a soft, dust-resistant garment bag (branded with CANTA BEAUTY) to prevent scratches or creasing.
  • Multiple items are packed into a sturdy cardboard box with bubble wrap for additional protection against impact during transit.
  • For international shipments, packages include all required shipping documentation (eg, commercial invoice) to facilitate smooth handling by courier and customs authorities.
5. International Shipping Notes
  • Customs Requirements : For international orders, local customs authorities may inspect packages and require additional documentation. We provide accurate, complete shipping labels and invoices to comply with local regulations, but you are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by your country/region. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand potential costs before placing an order.
  • Delivery Confirmation : International shipments require a signature upon delivery to confirm receipt. If you are unavailable to sign, the courier will typically leave a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule or collect the package from a local depot.
